Our school recently held a 12hour Walkathon. We have big plans to give the school a facelift and the Walkathon was our major fundraiser to carry out the project. We are very eager to get the school painted and create a fresh look. The Parents Association are very involved in prganising this event and created a fundraiser to be proud of. We have had a huge response with team sponsors coming on board who are delighted to support the project. We are very grateful for their generosity. There was a wonderful atmosphere at the school all day with a refreshments tent on the go, music in the air and a great buzz of chat and community. We would like to thank the students and their families who had sponsorship cards, all our volunteers on the day and the very supportive Parents Association. Be sure to pop up to Tynock in August to see the fruits of our labour – we have big plans!”
